CEO and Founding Partner
Juan Manuel Reyes González serves as the CEO and Founding Partner of RGZ, bringing a wealth of expertise as a Civil Works Engineer from the University of Algeciras (Cádiz). Additionally, he holds a Master’s degree in Town Planning and Real Estate Development from the Instituto de Práctica Empresarial of Málaga. Throughout his distinguished career, Juan Manuel has actively contributed to the development and comprehensive management of more than 18,000 residential units across both Peru and Spain. His involvement spans diverse company entities, with notable investors in his projects, such as traded companies like EIFFAGE, the third-largest construction group in Europe and the second-largest in France and listed in the Paris stock exchange, CAMPOSOL (a company listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange), A&G Banca Privada , EFG BANK, and Nortia Capital Holding.
