Throughout his distinguished career, Juan Manuel has actively contributed to the development and comprehensive management of more than 18,000 residential units across both Peru and Spain. His involvement spans diverse company entities, with notable investors in his projects, such as traded companies like EIFFAGE, the third-largest construction group in Europe and the second-largest in France and Paris stock exchange, CAM- POSOL (a company listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange), A&G Banca Privada – EFG BANK, and Nortia Capital Holding.
Salvador Peregrina Solbes
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
MBA from the Institute of Business Practice and legal training from the University of Granada. With 30 years of experience in real estate development, he has participated in the management and promotion of more than 2,000 residential units, shopping centers, office buildings and industrial estates. With extensive experience in the real estate, finance, and auditing industries, Salvador has consistently demonstrated an exceptional ability to lead teams, coordinate processes, and contribute to large-scale projects at every stage of his career. Prior to his tenure at RGZ, he served as the Director of Development, Quality, and Control at HAVILAND PROYECTOS INMOBILIARIOS, for over 16 years. During this period, he spearheaded the management of assets exceeding €115 MILLION AND OVER 2,000 RESIDENTIAL UNITS. Additionally, he oversaw commercial and sports centers in Marbella. Salvador also worked as an Auditor at AUDIGROUP, addressing diverse sectors such as construction, real estate development, industrial vehicles, and shopping center management.
Adolfo Rodríguez Rodríguez

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from the University of Sevilla and a Master’s Degree as a BIM Specialist, boasting over 12 years of dedicated experience in architectural design and urban planning. Adolfo’s professional journey also includes work for B2INVEST, where he excelled in the integral management of construction projects.
