About RGZ Developers

RGZ Developers was founded  by Juan Manuel Reyes and José Luis Suárez, president of Copasa, after identifying the need to establish a company dedicated exclusively to the development and construction of luxury properties on the Costa del Sol, especially in the Marbella area. As a result, the COPASA RGZ Developers brand was created to specialize in the development and construction of high-end real estate. RGZ  is under the umbrella of Copasa group and benefits from its extensive experience and solid reputation.

COPASA stands as a distinguished construction and services company with over 30 years of industry leadership as a global benchmark in civilworks. Copasa specializes in large-scale infrastructure projects, including highways, railways, and urban developments. The residential towers include two with twenty-eight floors and one with twenty-nine floors, each containing nearly 400 apartments. These units feature one or two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and spacious terraces with barbecues. The communal areas offer various complimentary services for residents, including a gourmet area, sauna, gym, tennis courts, meeting rooms, and more.
