With 75% of the residences sold and the construction license obtained, AIDA marks an important milestone toward the start of construction.

AIDA Furnished by Bentley Home recently celebrated a significant milestone: with 75% of its residences sold and the construction license secured, the project is cleared to begin construction. To mark the occasion, an exclusive presentation event was held at Leña, the Puente Romano restaurant by renowned chef Dani García, within walking distance of the development.

The evening brought together around 150 guests: a diverse group of investors, prospective buyers, partners, and representatives of the companies behind the project. It opened with a welcome drinks reception and a short presentation on AIDA, giving guests a first immersive look at the luxury and craftsmanship the development embodies before they were seated for dinner.

An exclusive setting in Puente Romano

Dinner setting at Leña during the AIDA presentation event

The choice of Leña in Puente Romano was no accident. The exclusive surroundings, the high standard of hospitality, and the proximity to the plot made it a fitting setting for the project presentation. Leña is the steakhouse concept created by acclaimed Spanish chef Dani García, and the kitchen was as much a reason for choosing the venue as the location itself. For an evening built around design, craftsmanship, and detail, the food needed to speak the same language as the project.

Guests were welcomed with 5J Cinco Jotas Iberian ham and a glass of Juvé & Camps cava before taking their seats. What followed was a menu designed to be shared and to keep the conversation flowing: grilled Málaga avocado with young coriander pesto and feta, a carpaccio of aged beef with black truffle and Parmesan, roast chicken croquettes, a spiced chicken empanada, and Leña’s now-famous burger. The aged beef ribeye that arrived as the main course, served simply with French fries, caramelized piquillo peppers, and crisp lettuce, played to the kitchen’s reputation for fire and exceptional produce, before a Tarta di Rose with toasted butter ice cream brought the meal to a close. Paired with a Verdejo from Menade and a Ribera del Duero from Viña Sastre, the dinner was met with genuine warmth, and the table stayed lively long after the last course.

The CEO’s welcome words

The event was marked by the presence of key figures from various financial institutions, investment funds, and high-profile stakeholders, all of whom played a crucial role in shaping the landscape of contemporary design and investment. We were particularly pleased to welcome Olga Cova, the esteemed CEO of Bentley Home, who took the opportunity to express her heartfelt gratitude for the trust placed in the project. Her presence added significant weight to the gathering.

In their speeches, all attendees emphasized the successful collaboration among the involved parties, which has been instrumental in driving the project forward. This collaboration is a testament to the synergy that can be achieved when diverse expertise comes together. Their participation underscored not only the project’s growing international appeal but also the solid foundation of AIDA Furnished by Bentley Home, which is known for its innovative concepts and commitment to excellence.

The event showcased a strong design concept that merges functionality with aesthetic pleasure, paired with robust financial backing that reassures investors of its viability. The enthusiasm from the market was palpable, indicating a widespread confidence in the project’s potential to reshape industry standards and expectations. This level of engagement reflects a promising future for both the project and its stakeholders, signaling a new era of collaboration and innovation in interior design.

The AIDA experience

Beyond the dinner, guests were invited to experience the AIDA lifestyle for themselves. From Leña, a short walk took them to the plot itself, set on Marbella’s Golden Mile strategicly positioned across the Puente Romano resort. Standing on the site gave them a visual sense of what AIDA will become: an intimate, boutique collection of just eight residences, each generously proportioned and furnished throughout by Bentley Home, in one of the most sought-after enclaves on the coast. For many, it was a last chance to walk the ground before construction begins in the coming weeks.

Outside, guests were invited to get behind the wheel. Test drives in the latest Bentley models, courtesy of CdeSalamanca, the official Bentley dealer, drew a clear line between the cars that carry the Bentley name and the residences that now carry it indoors, reinforcing the connection between luxury real estate, high-end design, automotive excellence, and lifestyle. Together, the walk to the plot and the Bentley drives formed an important part of the complete AIDA experience.

With the construction license received last month and 75% of the development already sold, AIDA reaches an important milestone. These strong sales results confirm the confidence in the project and the appeal of its concept. The start of construction is expected to follow soon, marking the moment AIDA enters a new phase.

AIDA forms part of RGZ Developers’ growing portfolio of branded residences on the Costa del Sol, a model the company helped pioneer in Spain and which has been featured in the press. Its collaboration with Versace Home on the Ocho de Oro villas in Nueva Andalucía has also drawn international coverage.

The presentation event at Leña offered a first tangible impression of the world behind AIDA Furnished by Bentley Home. With the support of strong partners, an exclusive design concept, and clear market demand, AIDA positions itself as a unique development where living, design, and lifestyle come together.

Beyond the road begins a lifestyle.
