Clean geometric volumes are balanced by natural stone and timber, bringing warmth and texture to the contemporary façades. Mediterranean planting is woven throughout the development, framing the residences and creating natural separation between private areas.
The low-density layout is particularly important. Each villa has the independence and outdoor space expected of a private home, while residents also benefit from the controlled access, security and carefully maintained surroundings of an exclusive gated community.

Villas created for the Marbella climate
The individual residences were designed around how people live in southern Spain, where terraces and gardens serve as extensions of the home for much of the year.
Generous open-plan interiors form the heart of each villa, with large expanses of glazing drawing natural light into the principal living spaces and opening them towards the exterior. Rather than treating the garden as something viewed from inside, the architecture establishes a continuous relationship between the two.
Private swimming pools, landscaped gardens and substantial terraces create spaces for dining, relaxing and entertaining outdoors. Rooftop terraces provide an additional level of exterior living, opening up views across the surrounding area towards the Mediterranean and mountains.
