Construction has officially begun at AÍDA Furnished by Bentley Home, marking a significant milestone for our collection of eight residences on Marbella’s Golden Mile.
With machinery now on site, attention turns to the next stage: bringing the project to life. To celebrate the occasion, we welcomed our collaborators to a brunch at Lagoom Café, combining a construction update with an introduction to the lifestyle that awaits future AÍDA owners.
Celebrating the start of construction
Set in the heart of the Puente Romano Tennis & Padel Club, Lagoom Café provided a relaxed setting to bring our collaborators together and share what comes next.
Over brunch, we discussed the construction program, the anticipated timeline and the next steps for AÍDA. It was an opportunity to answer questions, exchange perspectives and celebrate the progress made with the people whose support has helped the project reach this stage.
For RGZ Developers, occasions like these are also about maintaining close relationships with our collaborators and ensuring they have a clear understanding of the project as it develops.
A closer look at life at Puente Romano
Our choice of venue reflected an important part of the AÍDA experience.
Future owners will be offered a complimentary one-year Owners Club membership at Puente Romano, subject to the club’s approval, providing access to its tennis courts, padel facilities and gym.
Hosting the brunch at Lagoom Café gave our collaborators the opportunity to discover these facilities in person and experience the atmosphere that makes Puente Romano such a distinctive part of Marbella.
From a morning workout to a game of tennis or a relaxed coffee afterwards, the setting offered a glimpse of how sport, wellbeing and social life can become part of the everyday experience of owning at AÍDA.
Just two residences remaining
With six of the project’s eight residences already sold, only two homes remain available at AÍDA Furnished by Bentley Home:
- One penthouse
- One ground-floor residence
Completion is expected in early 2029. With construction now under way, these final two residences offer the opportunity to become part of the project as it takes shape.
